Yes, but the good and the not so good often coexist. How cool that you are decorating a float!

Good morning! Just a quick post this morning. I have so much snow to shovel it's almost comical, I am not even sure how much. Lets just say that I can only see the tip of my dog's head when she is outside:-)

QOTD-2017 was a slow year for myself and my family. Not a lot of changes, but that can be good too. Moving my uncle into an assisted living facility was the biggest one of the year, he is like a father to me. 2018 is going to be an amazing year full of positive changes, I can feel it:-)

B-Greek yogurt w/SF pudding mix and pumpkin seeds

L-leftover grilled steak

S-Chai tea with cream & stevia, string cheese

D-Pork Chops and pea salad

E-Shoveling the mountains of snow, late afternoon walk with Emmy.

Have a beautiful Saturday!

Good afternoon!

QOTD: 2017 brought about many changes. Man! My mother, who has dementia, now lives with my brother. It's the first time in 6 years that I haven't been taking care of her. My wife and I rented a small house and my sister now lives with us along with my two beautiful nephews. They bring so much joy to my life. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary in June, as well.

I began teaching 10th grade instead of 8th, which I love! I was voted Teacher of the Year for 2017 in my county, which was so special to me. I finished my Master's degree, which allowed me a small raise at work. I got WLS a little over two weeks ago, and I am so happy with my decision already!
