Good morning! Liz, you have me beat today we are 14 degrees with severe wind. Winter storm advisory in effect for 2 days. We are supposed to get 1-2" per hour until 5pm tomorrow night. Thank goodness the house is stocked with all necessities! My biggest fear is loosing power!! I shouldn't even put that thought out to the universe.

QOTD-A big one I would like to break is saying "I'm sorry," all the time. I say it when I haven't even done anything wrong. I would also like to break the nighttime snack habit as well.

B-plain greek yogurt w/pumpkin, SF vanilla and pumpkin seeds

L-Turkey and string cheese roll ups, 1/2 sm apple

S-Chai tea w/stevia & cream

D-grilled steak and spaghetti squash

E-Something indoors, no walking today. I will give Emmy a bath, it's a big fight cuz she hates it so that will be a little exercise:-)

Hey all! Not much happening here today, which is nice...

QOTD: I'll go for a non-food bad habit to mix it up. I am messy in my house. Not dirty because it's clean, but I take things out and don't put them away until I'm forced to by having guests or the housecleaners coming. Then I run around like a crazy person shoving things in closets or drawers so my closets are drawers are distaster areas. If I knew you were coming over you wouldn't know I do this, but if you opened a closet or draw you'd be horrified.

B - bacon, eggs, coffee

L - Real Good cheese enchiladas

D - brisket

S - Snickers tree, pear

So funny! I'm the opposite- I HATE clutter, so I put things away as soon as possible. It has always driven DH crazy! I'm not so good with dust, though I keep up with the important kitchen and bathroom cleaning.

Funny I never chewed gum except when I was flying pre-WLS. I don't chew everyday but I always have to have gum and tic tacs with me now.

QOTD - I'd say night snacking because i like to eat chocolate before bed

Brunch: coffee, boiled egg, almonds, white cheddar laughing cow cheese

Snack: an apple and coffee

Snack: string cheese stick

Dinner: salmon and garlic butter shrimp

Snack: dark chocolate

Beautiful day here in Phoenix. Mid 70s, a little warmer than usual. I was in Vegas this week with friends which was nice.

QOTD: Bad habit: eye rolling. It's so hard to not do it sometimes.

Looking forward to being home tomorrow and getting back to pre-planned meals with regular eating. Vacation eating is weird.

QOTD: Hair plucking. I'm pretty sure I don't have trichotillomania, but I definitely have a bad habit!

Good evening, all! Late to the party, but sooo glad it's Friday! Plus a 3-day weekend, even if it's going to be super cold Sunday and Monday! Wish I was spending the New Year with my sister and her family but she's still sick...tonsillitis! So my holidays have been a total bust :( I plan on getting a bunch of house stuff done, though, so that's something. And my two BFFs are coming for dinner on Tuesday to celebrate Christmas and the mutual birthdays of one of them (Jan 3) and me (Jan 11). So that's something to look forward to!!

QOTD: Procrastination! I'm a horrible procrastinator and it is the number 1 thing I hate about myself. I am getting better, but it has plagued me my whole life. One of my goals this year is to make a real effort to stop putting things off. Fingers crossed!!!
