Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 12/26/17
Morning! Back to the old grind right? I'm off until Thursday and we're going to be taking the kids to a local-ish hotel that has a small indoor waterpark. That was their gift from my father. Yay for gifts that aren't more stuff in my house!
Food was a little off the rails on Christmas Eve if I'm being honest. I tried to track everything, but it was mostly LBT's, and I eventually gave up. Yesterday was more back to normal.
QOTD: What was your favorite memory or gift from the holiday? Mine was a sappy card from my husband (because he's rarely sappy). Second favorite would be a tie between new Bluetooth noise canceling headphones and a heated shoulder wrap my sister bought me.

Good morning! Holiday week continues, so I want to be vigilant on my eating as much as possible (I stopped worrying about it on Christmas Eve day - I was much better than pre-WLS, which I thought was a big plus). We go to a friends this afternoon, out for dinner with other friends tomorrow, then more family is coming for New Years.
QOTD: My favorite gift was Rothy shoes from DH, which I had chosen and ordered. It is bittersweet because this is the first year DH was unable to make any choices/purchases himself. He wrapped them, but that highlighted his progression into Alzheimer's as well - he used an old piece of paper (I have tons of new rolls), and had to use about 4-5 small pieces to cover the whole box.

Happy day after Christmas! I'm sorta glad the major portion of the holiday's is over. I'm a bit holidayed out.
QOTD: The best thing I got for Christmas this year was the gift of time. My husband stepped up and allowed me some time before I have to look for another job, allowing me to concentrate on me and my house. He has been wonderful and supportive and we are financially ok. When he asked me what I wanted, I told him nothing as he had already given me the best gift he could have given me.
M1: Wasabi Almonds and ½ a Quest bar
M2: Coffee, Vanilla PP shake and Miralax
M3: Turkey spam frittata with cheese
M4: PP Shake
M5: Sous vide brisket and LO veggie tray made into a side with LO cheese tray.
S: We'll see how the day goes
E: Nothing formal.
Water/Vits: Missed a couple vits and calcium last two days. Need to get them all in today. Also need to step it up on the liquids. Liquid intake has been abysmal.
