Im Currently On The Soft Food Phase And I Need Some Ideas On Ways To Cook My Meats For Protein. Any Suggestions?! Thank you.

You'll want meat that's very moist and mushed very well during this phase. Dark-meat chicken and fish will probably be your best bet. Try cooking in some sort of sauce or broth! I ate a lot of oven-baked white fish filet and those worked very well for me.

Eggs are a good option. So is ground chicken and turkey. I also pulverized meatballs and had red sauce with them.
