Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday 12/14/17

Sadly no food. I did ge****er this afternoon and now have moved on to my "favorite", a protein shake. Liquids only until end of Sunday, then soft foods for two weeks. I'm totally freezing my portion of Christmas prime rib!!!

I bake every year with my mom we make the BEST chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin.

so i listened to suggestions you guys made about getting increased protein in and felt way better on this purée phase.still need to get a little more walking in but I'm feeling good today!

M1 premier protein shake

Snack string cheese or sugar free jello

M2 corn beef hash and egg beaters

Survived yesterday with my boss here. Only casualty was my protein didn't hit goal and the Elf on a Shelf (I have this thing) didn't get moved last night. Hoping for a better, more organized day today.

QOTD: We used to bake every year, but last year we didn't do much. This year we decided NO ONE in our family needs it so we are not doing it. There will be plenty of crap all around. Yesterday my landlord at my office sent 4 HUGE boxes of cookies for the building. Happy to report I had NONE.

Good morning! I covered for someone who needed a personal day at my summer job yesterday then had my Bunko Christmas party last night. It was a long day but a good day. Lots of amazing food at the party, I was lucky that a lot of it was protein like meatballs, cranberry chicken and numerous cheese balls.

QOTD-Always make Russian Tea Cakes(snowballs, Mexican wedding cakes), fudge and my grandmother's sugar cookie recipe with buttercream frosting and nutmeg. This year I am skipping the fudge and passing out the rest.

B-Plain Fage with SF vanilla syrup and walnuts

L-PP shake

S-Chai tea w/cream & stevia, leftover chipped beef cheeseball

D-Pulled pork and pea salad

E-Walk the dog, practice a few yoga moves

I had things to do this morning and when I got home, my little boy arrived so I'm getting on now. He is asleep right now.
