i had surgery on Oct. 4. Did great! Lost 20lbs in the first month. Now I'm stalled for the last 4 weeks. Has anyone else had a stall that lasted for this long this early? I'm so frustrated

What, exactly, are you eating? Will you share an example of what a day of eating and drinking looks like for you?

Cup of tea before a scrambled egg with cheese and protein powder.

Cup of soup for lunch or piece of turkey.

a few bites of chicken for dinner with some soft veggies.

i know I'm not getting enough protein and water in. I try to drink during the day but it's hard to get it all in.

i do have a few crackers here and there just for something salty to taste. Or some cheese

Well, I think you've got a good explanation for why you're stalling - you need to be prioritizing protein and hydration. Skip the carbs like the crackers. You can get salty tasting things with protein.

Reaching your protein goals and calorie-free liquid goals should help to get your weight loss moving.

If you want something salty and crunchy, get some pork rinds. They come in all sorts of flavors and are high in protein. Carbs are practically zero. Some will say they are too fatty, but I have done very well using them as one of my snacks.

Yes, I love them. Used them all the time before surger
