Happy Friday! I am working at home today! It was 41 degrees when I took the DS to school this morning. Very cold for Phoenix for sure!
Happy to report the scale keeps trending down 198.6 this morning! I have a couple of NSV for this week too. Last night I went out with a couple of friends to happy hour. I was going to have half a glass of wine and in my mind have some appetizers. I was able to eat 2 deviled eggs and a piece of mozzarella from the caprese salad and three sips of wine. I was completely FULL and SATISFIED. I did not care that the wine sat there or that the girls were eating pretzels and beer cheese and sliders. WHAT? Who is this person?
I also bought new undies in a smaller size (sale at Lane Bryant + Coupon) with the assumption they would not fit for a bit. Yesterday, I pulled one out and said NO WAY. Tried it on and fit perfectly. I can now toss the 10 year old pairs.
QOTD: We have a very eclectic set of Christmas decorations but I stick mostly to traditional colors and lean a bit more towards rustic. I LOVE Christmas decorations. Probably since my parents NEVER decorated.

Good morning and happy Friday!
Way to go Ladyblu, you'll see the 3's before you know it!!!
I took a tumble walking on some driftwood along the lake with my dog yesterday. I haven't fallen in years! If I had been 90 pounds heavier it would have been a disaster, so I guess it was a strange NSV that I didn't break any bones:-)
QOTD-I love earth tones for just about everything, even Christmas decorations. So I have a woodsy, beige/brown and green combination with lots of white lights. I have another small tree with all white birds and some silver decorations.
B-Ezekiel sprouted grain bread w/almond butter
L-Tuna w/mayo, cottage cheese
S-Chai tea w/cream & stevia
D-leftover turkey meatball soup
E-taking the day off today
Have a wonderful Friday!

Exciting scale movement, Ladyblu!
I went to a Christmas party last night and OD'd on dessert. The scale jumped this morning as a result. But I had fun and I think it's the only Christmas party I have this year other than gathering on Christmas day, so it won't be a daily occurrence.
QOTD: I like traditional decorations with lots of red and ornaments with memories.
B - coffee and yogurt
L - chicken and wild rice soup
D - smoked pulled pork
S - protein pudding, broad beans
Good afternoon,
