You have done so great. My doctor does not care much about BMI charts and tends to rely more on body fat percentages. I think that's a way better way to look at it personally.

Thank you everyone. I think one of the "secrets" to my success is doing something that runs counter to my natural proclivities. I followed orders. I listened to the doctor, to the nurses (most of them, anyway) and to advice from people I respect. That has gone a very long way to this working out.
