Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday 12/6/17
Morning! What a difference two days makes. I worked at home yesterday and got a TON of work and personal things done. My son has a book report due Friday (he's 9) and we made a HUGE dent in it. I also woke up this morning and the scale was 198.9! So, I busted through to ONDERLAND! I haven't been in the 100s since 2008 after my son was born and I did weigh****chers and was breast feeding. I got down to 196 before I stopped breast feeding.
QOTD - I would breath in water.
B: coffee w/HH and Miralax + hard boiled egg
S1: yogurt
L: left over turkey meatloaf and mashed cauliflower
S2: hardboiled egg or 1/2 protein shake
D: Quiche

QOTD - Breathe underwater. I have always loved to swim, snorkel and scuba.
B - Caramel Frappucino protein shake (8 oz cold coffee, 2 tablespoons vanilla Oikos Triple Zero, scoop caramel protein powder, couples of squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup (Torani) and ice - blended.
L - I have no clue - I didn't pack and I'm at the office.
D - Another good question - I have fencing and didn't pack
S - see above - failed at packing anything this morning
I'll fence for 2 hours tonight. I'll probably order out a salad with protein for lunch and then eat something when I get home for dinner.

Good morning,
I lasted til 2 pm before I fell asleep yesterday but I feel better today.
Qotd since I get dizzy on heights, flying would be out even though I enjoy flying. Guess breathing under water, that would be enjoyable.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D cheeseburger no bun, sweet potato and butternut squash

QOTD: I'm thinking flying would be awesome if for no other reason than to bypass all the terrible traffic in my area!
