Don't eat or drink after whatever time they told you.

Take deep breaths.

Gather your few things so that you don't feel rushed.

Make sure you have a driver lined up.

Remember to pack a copy of your living will/advance directive for the hospital to put in their files.

Good luck to you. Keep us posted. I go in December 11, and I too am nervous but also excited to get healthy and stop using meds and the cpap machine.

Your going to do great.

Think positive, and accept any help that is offered, and ask for help if you need it.

Best wishes for a quick, easy recovery process.

Good luck, Reina! I hope your procedure goes well. :)

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
