First week was low-carb meals 3 times a day. The second week was protein-shake diet 2x a day and 1 healthy meal.

Belly- 2.4 inches
Hipbone- 1.2 inches
Booty- 2 inches
Thigh- 1.2 inches
Leg- 0.8 inches
Arm- 0.8 inches
I will go into the hospital on Monday and my surgery will be on 5th (Tuesday) of December!!
SW: 256lbs, GW: 165lbs, height: 5ft6
pre-op: -21lbs M1: -30lbs M2: -18lbs M3: -16lbs
That's WONDERFUL! Great job following your pre-op instructions!!
I think one benefit of the liquid diet is that you start to see more results so quickly. It probably makes surgery something to look forward to more and more... At least that's how I feel as I continue to lose weight more quickly than I typically do.
Congrats!!
