QOTD - Nothing I can think of - once upon a time - I was thinner than I am now. And I was very athletic then. The only thing may be not being able to do as much with my girls at amusement parks when they were little because I would be in pain from walking due to my knees.

B - Quest caramel protein powder, coffee, ice, sf chocolate syrup

s - Oikos triple zero mixed berry and 2 TB granola

L - green salad with home made chicken salad

S - cheese

D - who knows - I have a fencing lesson at 6:30 so I have to go straight from the office - probably won't eat until i get home at 10.

Keep on losing!

Good Morning All

Hectic times and hot weather - we are close to 100 each day but expecting massive storms and rain over the weekend. My poor husband and eldest son had to go and cart/stack 483 bales of hay on our block yesterday. 10 solid hours of hard labour. Had to get it under cover before the rains came or it would be ruined. My stepsons car died, he was having an exam for his trade so I had to leave work and go get him then drive him to the exam centre. Tonight we will finish work and drive to collect his dead car (1 hour drive) then onto his place - another 1.5 hours away to unload it. Cant see us being in bed before midnight with 5am wake up for work the next day. Our water tank is being built at our block today so will be hooked up Friday morning just in time to take full advantage of the expected 80 mil of rain. We will drive the 3.5hrs up there Friday night.

QOTD: Even though Im only half way to my goal, I am sitting at the weight I was or close too that I was when I got married the first time. I was pretty active in High School - lots of outdoor adventure activities etc but even though fit - I always felt like the big girl - would have been nice not to have to experience that insecurity if I had my time over. That being said my bone structure is what it is........

L: TBD - will buy my lunch today

D: Something out of the freezer before we set off for our car retrieval
