You may be right. I'm definitely low-balling the protein. My surgeon states 60-70 grams. I'm trying to not do shakes because they literally make me dry heave. I'm ordering some isopure clear drinks and some unflavored unjury tonight! Thanks for your advice.

I was like you, extremely tired and listless for a good six weeks. Fortunately, I took 8 weeks off, so I was able to hit the ground running. Just because you're returning to work next week, do continue to baby yourself when you get home. In reality you are still recovering and you still need rest.

I most certainly will. I'm already in planning mode, trying to work out how I'm going to manage my very hectic life, and still get all the protein, liquids, and rest in. Thanks for responding!
