Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 11/28/17
I'm too tired/lazy to think about food today, so I'm just going to do exactly what I did yesterday. Plus, I have leftovers which makes it easy to not have to think.
B: 2 scoops vanilla Nuzest Clean Lean Protein with 10 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
S: 8 almonds
L: 4 oz turkey, shaved gruyere and 1 piece of bacon cut into roll-up bites
D: 4 oz meatballs and a spoonful of sauce

QOTD - We do a variety of things - Toys for Tots, or as one of our area restaurants says, Tots for Toys - they do gourmet tater tots and if you bring a new toy, you get a free order! Angel trees, cash donations. A little of everything. Food pantry, as well. We have a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs and food on the table - the rest is gravy.
B - 3/4 of a small apple and 2 T peanut butter
L - 4 ounces homemade chicken salad with slivered almonds and dried cranberries
D - London Broil and salad
Exercise - 1 hour of restorative yoga.
I'm sure there will be snacks, but haven't had one yet and it's already 2:30.
Keep on losing!

Good Morning All
Still hectic busy and my stepsons car just blew up so Im having to leave work at 11.30am to go get him and take him to an exam. The joys !
QOTD: We have a wishing tree at Kmart - I normally pick off 2-4 tags and buy gifts for the kids
B: Chobani Yoghurt
S: 2 x Babybel Cheese
L: TBD now - will be on the road
