Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday 11/27/17
Good Morning! It was a nice relaxing and LAZY break for me and the family. I originally had a paper due this Thursday that I planned on spending yesterday on but she extended the deadline until 12/5, so I'll be working on it next weekend instead. I believe we have one more week of class and then dead week and the finals week.
QOTD: What was your favorite college or high school subject? I loved English, but these days the paper writing is such a stressor!

Good morning! Bumpy and I got up early to walk. It was cold and dark. I need to get her used to this quickly so she wakes me when I want to snuggle back into bed.

Happy Monday everyone! Today is another day filled with cleaning and organizing. Going to try and get the Christmas decorations out. We are actually going to put up a tree in the house this year. That hasn't happened in over 10 years! I'm excited.

During my loss phase I had three meals and sometimes a snack if needed. It wasn't until maintenance that I needed to add more. I now actually do three meals, plus three snacks, plus my coffee in the morning which I count as a meal because of the Premier Protein. For some reason, I plan out 4 of the 6 and the 5th and 6th are always a floater. I do pack them for work, but rarely have them planned when I post in the morning. Plus, listing 7 "meals" is just excessive!

This is leftovers from dinner last night, so it's poached. I cooked the 1lb filet for 6 minutes in the Instant Pot and it turned out perfectly.
Today I'm having 3.5oz of salmon and 1oz of cream cheese. MFP says that's 310 calories. I may not be able to eat all the salmon, we'll see.
I also grill, broil, and bake salmon regularly and buy plenty of smoked salmon which I also eat with cream cheese.
Edited to add: I use normal brick style cream cheese. During loss phase I did laughing cow wedges because they were significantly less calories.

Happy Monday everyone! It's been a minute since I have posted, but I really need to get back to tracking again. I've been flipping between the same 4 pounds. I know it's because I've been snacking off and on and haven't been excersizing as much. Pretty sure my water intake is low as well.

B: L&F Greek yogurt with bran buds
L: 3 oz deli chicken with 2 slices thin Colby jack
