Those sand sculptures are amazing! Posting late today as got up super early and then snuck back under the covers for a two hour nap. Hope everyone is having a good day!
QOTD: I would love to be a bird. The ability to fly is so appealing. I'd pick a seagull. Watching them ride the winds is a beautiful thing. I wouldn't be one of those scrappy ones that fights for scraps. More like Jonathon Livingston Seagull. (Or I'd be one of my cats. THAT is the life!)

M5: 3/4 cup picked blue claw crab salad with LF mayo and some onion, celery and old bay.

QOTD - I think I'd be a border collie - they are smart, sassy and have a sense of humor (I know - I have one.)
B - Four slices of bacon (I made pancakes for everyone else - so I rewarded myself when I didn't eat any pancakes.)
L - Chef Dodge Bowl from Lifetime Fitness - about half of it - chicken, cauli rice and veggies - really good.
Snack - two hard pretzels
Dinner - Two coconut shrimp, a crab cake (maybe half) and some vegetable.
