Good afternoon all. I was a slug-a-bed today. We didn't get home until 3 am from the shop so I seriously slept in. I didn't get up till almost 2:30. I was so hungry when I got home, I basically had breakfast at 3:30 am and then my second meal at 3:30 pm. So my eating schedule, meds and everything else is a bit off today.

QOTD: I love lamps and indirect lighting. And I love being able to adjust the lighting based on mood and what we are doing in the room. So recessed hidden dimmable multi-color LED's. Then add some table lamps and stand up lamps on Alexa controlled switches. This is how I have my living room setup (which has one window with vertical blinds and black out curtains (due to this also being the TV room).

M1: Fage and almond butter with almonds

M2: 4 oz Venison and ½ tbsp of cauliflower mash

M3: skipping

M4: skipping

M5: 1/2 cup picked blue claw crab (might make it a salad with LF mayo and some onion, celery and old bay).

S: Probably not.

E: Nope, unless sleeping counts

Water on track, vits almost track.

Good ideas! I don't really understand how Alexa works. I need to investigate that!

I had Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house. She hosts the same group of 20 or so people each year and it's always a good time.

QOTD:.A mirror might help with the light. Also a new LED lamp.

B: A sliver of leftover pumpkin pie. Indulgent and yummy. And not too damaging.

L: A deviled egg and a pickle

D: 4 oz beef roast, carrots
