My Story
By the time I went home, two days later I felt like a new woman already! I came home from the hospital on no diabetes medication. I had no pain, no nausea. I felt great. And my energy level has just increased since then. I am a month out of surgery and feeling amazing. Congratulations on your decision to do this! It's a tool, we have to work with it, but you'll be amazed at how good you feel.

I had regrets early on. I missed food and eating. But by week 6, I was able to start eating real food (I can't tell you how tired you get of everything being artificially sweetened! Shakes, popsicles, crystal light, jello... blech.
But since then, I haven't regretted a single second. I'm so glad I did this! Good luck.
Sorry about the deleted messages, I tried to see if there's a ticker in my signature. Anyway! Bee doing good. Since sunday I've been eating healthy and good. I wanted to start from Friday but hehe, ate alot of crap Saturday and Friday hehe. Now I've been "clean" since sunday and tomorrow I am going to weight myself and maybe measure some parts of me as well.
My protein-diet will start tomorrow morning!! Gathered some protein and different vegan milks (every time I drink cow milk I will have to take a loo many times..), so yeah. Let the show being!
