Got my surgery date, but a few questions!

For many of us, our interactions with people revolve around food. Once that changes, we lose the "common ground" we have with people. So we either find other things to do with people, or.. we lose those people.

And I'll be the first to admit I've changed a hell of a lot since WLS. Not only does my life no longer revolve around food, I've become someone who loves exercise, I run, my dad died, I went back to college - I'm way busier than I ever was prior which also means I have less time for friends.

I haven't lost any friends strictly due to WLS. I have lost one friend, but there were a lot of other things involved there. WLS was just one factor.
