Morning all! I read every day, but sometimes I am not at my computer and I can't seem to post these from my phone without a ton of effort!

The great news is that after a 13 day stall the scale has moved! I am now at 203.5 (lost 1.5 since the stall ended). It's just so reassuring to know that I am doing this RIGHT! The rules and eating is SOOOO different from when I had my band placed in 2003. I was hoping to get below 200 by Thanksgiving, but I'm happy if not.

QOTD: I have never run for anything (good or bad). I'm not sure I ever will. Hiking and running are NOT my favorites, but maybe that will change. I do love Zumba and group classes.

B - Crustless eggbeaters quiche

S1 - 1/2 of protein shake

L - Buffalo flavored tuna (I love this If you guys haven't tried it) and 5 small green olives

S2 - Greek yogurt

D - TBD since hubs does all the cooking and failed to ask him what was for dinner

E - 2 mile walk this evening (still trying to get up the stamina)

Water and Vites are on track

I have to admit that I felt that menopause was a relief. I had very large fibroids and I would hemorrhage monthly in my late 30's and early 40's. So when menopause came early (mid-40's), I was very happy. I never did HRT due to heart issues in my family so the hot flashes were terrible but still better than the hemorrhaging. And they trailed off mostly.

I hope surgery goes well!
