Omg it is awful, and my husband bought the sugar free original flavor. I literally dry heaved. I'll see the surgeon on Friday snd I'll ask about adding something else. Thanks so much!

glad to hear you're on the mend! The first few days can be a little tough - but soon you'll feel great and will be so glad you did it!

I started walking right away. By about four weeks out, I could do pretty much everything except for weights. I think I had to wait until I was about eight weeks out to do that. I think I started yoga at 3-4 weeks out. As for the pool, the PA at my clinic said to wait until the scabs and surgical glue were all off - that took about four weeks...

Very good to hear you are on the mend! I may have to return to work tomorrow, and plan to stop donating my lunch break to the company (usually just eat at my desk and work thru lunch) and walk laps in the parking garage.

Thank you! I do that very same thing. I never take a lunch break. I'm rethinking this too. I'm shooting for 12/4/17 return date.
