One Year Checkup

I'm very excited! Just finished my 1-year checkup with my surgeon. They were thrilled with my progress. I was shocked to find that their average for excess weight loss after a year is 50-55%. I am at 83%!!! I had no idea and am so happy!! My BMI is 29 as well. A great day!!

Thanks so much, Shirley!! Yes, the smile was huge...after the tears! When she told me I was at 83%, I started to cry. I didn't expect to react that way but it was overwhelming to hear that and know I'm so close to having no excess weight. I looked at my sister and the tears just came lol
