Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday 11/6/17
Good Morning! I have arrived home from Philly finally. It was a long trip with sub-par hotels, so it was nice to stay in my own bed. The conference was great and it was nice to see my friend too. The flight on an 8-seater plane home yesterday was actually fantastic. It was a really cool experience. It's good to know I could fly down there easily for a weekend.
QOTD: What place are you most grateful for? My obvious answer would be my home. But, I think today I'll say I'm grateful for my BFF's bedroom in her basement. We opted to stay there instead of extending our hotel stay on Saturday night and it was like coming home. It's totally comfortable and normal for me.

Good morning! I'm going into the office for my next to last time today before I'm done in a week, mainly to go to a dinner tonight. I can't believe retirement is so close now.
QOTD: My favorite place is Cape Cod (where I live). I love the differing coastline and the old Seacoast towns and homes as well as the many kettle ponds and marshes everywhere.

Good morning, all. I'm working at home today - so I'm going to say my home office is someplace I am grateful for - since it saves me 2 hours of commute time (1 hour each way). I can only do 2 days a week - which is fine because sometimes i get easily distracted at home, haha.
B: - OMG, the best ever - good culture cottage cheese - small container has fruit, chia, 17 grams of protein, 5 g of fat and 9 g of sugar - and is so delicious, i bought it at Whole Foods
with 1 small pita pocket toasted
L: salad with turkey breast
D: probably steak and veg or chicken on the grill while we still can, i have butternut squash to cook so hopefully I am not lazy and do it!
E: will walk. LOL - yesterday my fitbit thought I had 10,000 steps at like 2pm - I had been wrapping xmas presents -well, i know i didn't walk 10,000 steps but it gets me closer to my quarterly goal for a healthcare premium reduction at work
L/V: good!

Good morning! The scale was up today as it normally is after a long hike. Which is kind of discouraging when it comes to motivating me to exercise, but I try to remember it's temporary.
QOTD: I'm grateful for our family house in MI. It's so incredibly beautiful there and I love the opportunity to spend a lot of quality time with my dad.
B - coffee and yogurt
L - Other 1/2 of Real Good Pizza
D - taco pie
S - superfood salad, roasted broad beans

I think they're pretty good. The crust is made from chicken and Parmesan cheese. All the toppings are normal pizza toppings. They aren't inexpensive, but tasty when you want a pizza fix without all the carbs! I get the one with 2 servings at Ralphs (aka Kroger's). They also come in single size.
Good morning,
Been to the laundromat already.
Qotd I would say my apartment, that I have a roof over my head.
B egg mcmuffin
L tuna creations, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D ham and potato soup
Have a good day
