Good morning! I'm struggling to get myself motivated today.
QOTD - what food are you most grateful for post-op? I'm so glad that I discovered that I like cottage cheese. I've always hated it with fruit. Who knew it could be so good with some lemon, salt, and pepper? It's become an easy, high protein breakfast.
B - latte, cottage cheese
L - leftover ribs
S - protein shake
D - chicken curry (over rice for the family)
E - ab day
