My first NSVs

I had my very first thrilling NSVs, all at once from yesterday to today!

I returned to work yesterday and I had major butterflies on my way in. But everyone was so lovely, and all day long I was complimented on how "great" and "refreshed" I look. I still can't see my weightloss, and it was very validating to hear that others do.

Today I went through all of my seasonal storage bins and purged about 80% of my wardrobe. And tried on several old items that had never fit but I had been wistfully holding on to. Success!

I went clothes shopping this afternoon and was shocked to learn that I am now too small on top to fit into plus sized shirts. All of my shirts at home were 3X. I bought two size X shirts but they won't fit me for long. WOW!

After my shower tonight I grabbed one of our 'regular' size towels and it wrapped all the way around! Mind. Blown.

And finally, errr, TMI but now that my incisions are healing I decided to finally have sex. With my pre-op diet exhaustion and nervousness over surgery, it has been quite a while. WOW! I'm not going into details lol, but I will say I can't remember the last time my husband could wrap his arm all the way around me.

I think it's time for some new lingerie...

So much of this journey is hard and tough work, these happy moments make it all worth while and give the rest of us stuff to look forward to.
