Gee Thanks, Urgent Care!

I went to the GP a while back. The nurse laid a similar printout on the counter and left it there. Curiosity got the best of me and sure enough when I glanced it had my BMI and suggestions below. My guess is the gal didn't have the nerve to hand it to me for fear of a negative reaction.

I left it lying on the counter.
