Breakfast ideas needed

Cottage cheese mixed with peanut powder. Sounds weird, but I like it. Mix the night before. You may need a tablespoon of milk or water to mix to a creamier texture. Have also done the same with nonfat ricotta.

I didn't like savory breakfasts. I wanted something sweet. I would make a casserole dish of SF custard (sub sugar for your favorite sweetener) and eat bowls of that each morning.

Health wise protein hot chocolate might be better for you. Add a bit of unsweetened coco powder for more adult taste. Its one protein drink I could stand. Diane S
