I could not resist the candy. Plus I had tacos for dinner than what I had planned.

Qotd I am thankful for being healthier than I have been in years and able to move freely.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D ribs and corn

Good morning, glad you made it to Philly safe Erin.

Woke up to snow and it's still snowing hard, hope it stops soon(but I know better:-)

QOTD-I am most thankful for my ability to move with less pain. Pain has kept me a prisoner in my own body and I am breaking out of it a little more each day.

B-Chia, flax and pumpkin seed porridge with cream

L-Refried beans, cheese and sour cream

S-Chai tea w/vanilla protein shake

D-Baked chicken breast and steamed broccoli

E-Walk with dog if snow stops
