One Year Surgiversary!!

Today is my one year surgiversary! Wow this year has gone fast! I thought a years seemed an eternity right after surgery, but it has just whizzed by. Met my goal at 10.5 months and have maintained for the last month and a half. My new goal is another 25 pounds by next summer, then we'll see after that. I'm starting to get used to looking like I do now, and when I see pics of my old self, I stare in open-mouthed wonder that THAT was my normal. I definitely prefer my new normal! Thank to all here who have been so supportive and helpful, this place has been a great help in my journey.

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
