Need Your Opinion
I would like to lose another 13lbs by Christmas. Do you think that is a realistic goal? I had VSG on 8/28 and I am down 25lbs so far. Happy Halloween!
It sounds reasonable. Plug in your numbers into the OH Post-Op Planner to see what it predicts. It was a very accurate representation of my loss.

Are you exercising regularly? based on your surgery date and you current weight loss it seems you are on track for it. There is not magic formula for speeding up the weight loss. Also if you haven't had a stall or significant stall that could be in your near future as well. Its great to have goals and you should strive for them, but also be patient. You can lose all the weight you need to, its up to you.
Yes, I have already had a stall that lasted about two weeks. I just started back with my exercise a couple of days ago since I had been quite sick for about a week and a half. I know I'll be doing plenty of walking tonight since we are taking my son out trick-or-treating.
It seems plausible if you're vigilant!
