Morning VSGers! Boy, it's soggy, windy, gross mess out there. I have an assembly this morning for my kiddo who is getting an award and playing the Alma Mater on her Flute. Then both kids have dentist appointments this afternoon. I leave for Philly tomorrow morning for the rest of the week too. That means this evening will be filled with laundry and packing. I got my paper written and submitted yesterday, and what a load off that is!

QOTD: Do you like bad weather? We are supposed to get high winds today and I love it. I love thunderstorms, and huge snow storms, etc. I always said that if I didn't end up with children I would have become a storm chaser because weather fascinates me! Of course, I don't like the idea that anyone's property would be damaged.

Good morning! We're having some crazy weather too. I left the window open a crack, and I woke up to the wind pulling at the door - enough to shift it and make a loud noise.

QOTD - I enjoy bad weather too (although not enough to want to be a storm chaser). When we save enough to do the second stage of our house renovation (probably in 10 years), I plan on having our porch covered as part of it. I love sitting somewhere dry, with a book or my knitting, and watching a storm.

Good morning on this windy Monday! I think we either have appointments or evening plans every day this week, so it is going to be busy. Good thing, as it is my next to last week of work and it would be good to have it go by fast.

QOTD: I didn?t think any one liked storms (LOL)! Give me sun, warmth, and a slight breeze and I?m happy!

1 year, 7 months post-op (maintenance). 10 work days to retirement (11/13).

Good morning, all. I'm tired already today because the crazy winds woke me up all night. That being said, I do like bad weather - I love a blizzard and being stuck at home (provided the power is on) and I love a good thunderstorm. Today, however, I did not enjoy the fact that 2 huge trash bins and 2 huge recycle bins had blown over with the wind.

B: cottage cheese with strawberries and chia (whole foods - new and trying it)

L: noosa yogurt and ww soup (I haven't made this in years)

D: chicken wings

E: if it isn't raining, I'm walking at lunch

Happy Monday! Hot mess in North Jersey this morning but now I see some sun!

QOTD: I love thunder storms! But I hate driving in bad weather, due to people being nervous drivers and not being cautious and safe

B: Greek 100 yogurt

NO mid morning snack

L homemade turkey chili with cheese

S if needed hummus and celery

D is leftovers. Made a delish roasted chicken Saturday night, I'll finish up some corn and maybe make riced cauliflower to mix it all together.

Trying to cut snacking out. I see a new NUT on Wednesday. I know I've been eating too many calories. I also need to get my vitamins on track.

QOTD: I don't mind bad weather (e.g., thunderstorms, snow) as long as I don't have to go outside.

Exercise: I plan to walk on the treadmill after work.

Good morning! It's been a minute since I have posted, but I'm still around. I actually have a bachelorette party tonight to attend. It's not starting til 7:30pm at the restaraunt, but I'm thinking of eating before hand since it's gonna be late. Weird for it to be on a Monday but the bride is a nurse and works weekends in a hospital, so this is the only day she had available.

QOTD: I love bad weather as long as I don't have to drive far in it. I find thunderstorms calming actually.

I love this kind of weather.....I sat outside last night for over an hour on my covered patio.....just listening to the rain pour down!!
