Has anyone tried Tespo machine and powdered vitamins. Seems like a good idea for those struggling to get their daily supplements in. Powder mixes with water and you have yourself a vitamin shot. So what do you guys think? Is it worth it?

I hate the chewable vitamins, I make an effort to take them but they make me want to trow up, I hate how they taste.

I would be interested in knowing about this machine!!

Ideas for substituting the Celebrate chewables would be appreciated...

You don't need a chewable vitamin. You can swallow pills.

Gwen

do you buy bariatric multivitamins?

Nope. They're not necessary. Any well formulated vitamin will work. The ASMBS recommends we get 200% of most vitamins and minerals.

what if you hate the taste of these pods? They have orange flavoring and stevia in them.

Nope. They're pretty incomplete and don't meet our needs.

Wow. I thought the Celebrate and Bariatric Advantage were totally complete. What are they short on? I didn't compare the actual contents, I just went with the suggestions of my NUT. (Who I lost confidence in shortly after surgery, so questioning the vitamin recommendation she made is not a stretch.)

This is what I'm currently taking:

Celebrate - B12 Supplement, 1000 mcg sublingual 1 daily

Celebrate - Multivitamin Soft Chews Orange 1 chew x 2 per day

Celebrate Calcium Citrate Soft Chews 1 chew x 2 per day

Celebrate Iron+C 60mg soft chews 1 chew x 1 per day (I am anemic)

Vitamin D 5000iu

Any input would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I'm in the market for a new NUT.
