Best food tracking method
Looking for recommendations for easiest, most user friendly, food tracking apps or devices. Thanks!

I use My Fitness Pal. It has a huge database and the ability to add your own items. You can also type in recipes and it will give you the nutrition information. There is a phone app (I have android) that is also very user friendly. I upgraded to pro, (for not much $) but I don't think it is necessary for everyone.

Most people here use MyFitnessPal. It's easy to use and has a very complete database.

I've used My Fitness Pal since before I even considered surgery. Love it.
