Tomorrow is 1 month post op! :)
WOO HOO for being able to see the difference!! I look in the mirror and it's hard to tell the difference but when I see myself in photos I tear up because how different I look.
I'm only down 17 lbs since surgery. My goal was 20 lbs but its better than nothing! I am surprised I lost as much as I did since I had a blood clot in my arm and that slowed me way down and also the pain lasted way longer then my doctor and I thought.

Thank you! I've been the same weight for the past 2 weeks which bummed me out but I've been recovering from the blood clot in my arm and my muscles in my stomach are still sore so nothing but walking for exercise for me. :/

Our bodies will lose in their own particular unique fashion. Before and after weight loss surgery I would only lose 1 week out of the month. It was as much as the average person loses in a whole month time. As long as you are compliant it is coming off. No worries. You are doing great. A lot of post op patients say they hit a 3 week stall so it is very common. Great job. Keep on going
congrats! you look great!

I now have full mobility back in my arm. The antibiotics they gave me was horrible! Took about 1.5 weeks to go away. Elevate your leg and get a heating pad.
