Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday 10/18/17
Good morning! Had a present left for me next to my car today, the largest pile of bear scat that I have ever seen. You can tell he/she has been enjoying the plum trees!!! No wonder my dog went crazy at 3am this morning:-) They get really brave this time of year in order to fatten up before hibernation. Made sure that was the first picture my brother saw when he checked his phone this morning:-)
QOTD-Looks like I am not alone on this one, cupboards and closet doors left open.

QOTD: Employees who take way too many smoke breaks and it effects my job. Cupboard doors, dirty dishes, dishwasher being left open. People who are rude using their phones in public places. People who have offensive stickers on their cars. I've not hired people because of that... I could go on.

Foul language will do it. The most recent that I didn't hire had a 12 inch sticker of a middle finger on the back of their car.

Good afternoon! How is it so late in the day already? I got my eyebrows waxed this morning. She didn't take much at all, but they look so much better than when I do them myself. Off for a walk later with friends at the beach, but first have to walk my dog. Argh. How did I get so off on time today?? Oh, I dropped out of the CAMAW challenge. It was bringing up weird feelings of deprivation which makes me rebel by eating a lot. Oh well. I learn something new about myself every day!
QOTD: People who are late drive me insane. As do people who walk at a snail's pace on sidewalks, often in groups, while people pile up behind them. Oh, and people who drive under the speed limit especially on two-lane, no passing roads.

Hi all,
As I feared, I did go off plan last night and ate several cookies, brownies and a piece of cake - boarding on a binge - though I didn't eat until I was satisfied...
But I'm back on plan today, and I've come to accept the occasional slip as long as I don't let it become the norm.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken breast and corn
dinner - ground beef in tomato sauce with cheese
snack - atkins peanut butter cup, 5 oz of wine and 2 cheese sticks..
QOTD: the thing that triggers me is arrogant people - people who have power and use it to hurt others. Drives me nuts.
