I also was too big to fit in an airplane seat and would buy two to avoid the embarrassment of being asked to leave the plane, or other things that might happen. You will be so happy when you fit in the seat with extra room! It may seem unlikely, but it will happen. One year post op I flew to Greece and I took of picture of the extra seatbelt (almost a foot!) on my first flight post op. I lost 225 pounds, and went from a BMI of 60 to 25. You can do it too.

Thank you for the encouragement. It still seems so far away. I can't wait for the NSVs that I know are coming. I've actually had one already! My 6X clothes are getting VERY baggy so I tried on a 5X. IT FITS! Woot woot!

Good afternoon,

I have bursitis in my hip, no steps for this week. I have to ice it and do these stretches exercises.

Qotd I love to fly but have not done in many years.

B egg mcmuffin and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D cheesy chicken chili and coleslaw

QOTD: I love to travel, and I don't mind the airplane flight but I'm always happy to plant my feet on solid ground again.

I am finally down a couple more pounds. this weight loss seems to get harder over time...

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - left over chicken cacciatorie - yum. I made it in a crock pot and every day it tastes better. I finished it today.

Dinner - cold chicken and spiralized cucumber salad - yum

snack - one atkins bar, cheese sticks. I have a board meeting tonight and they always have great tasting non-diet food, so I'll eat before the meeting, but probably cheat today.

Good Morning All. Quieter night for us last night. I even went to bed early. Have Mum and my son and his GF coming for tea tonight. Its going to be warm so we are having a BBQ. Should be nice

QOTD: I love to fly moreso as its the start of a new adventure. If I had the time and funds I would travel all the time.
