Calcium caltrate

Hi. Was not sure what I should buy. I see chewables or whole tablets that I know I can't swollow right now. What do you all recommend? I am one week post op

My hospital told us to buy Bariatric Advantage chewy bites, but they look like caramels and I'm not so sure they'd go down well during the full fluid stage (I just had surgery yesterday). I wonder if they can be heated to soften them?
