It's so good to see you back Rachel. I am so glad your family was together with your Grandma, I am sure she felt your peace and love. Hope your cousin continues to get better.

Good morning everybody! I have never been good with makeup and am overwhelmed by the makeup department, so now that I'm feeling better about myself I'm doing something about it. I made an appointment witth a beauty stylist at Nordstrom tomorrow to help me pick out makeup. It's a free appointment and they spend an hour with you and know all the different makeup lines so they can pick and choose the best things for you as opposed to just going to one counter for everything. Should be fun! I'll report back!

QOTD: My ideal home would have gorgeous views, lots of land, and be one story with lots of light. Maybe something in the old California Spanish style but without banging elbows with my too-close neighbors like houses are built here.

B - coffee and yogurt

L - deli turkey and cheese, cut fruit

D - grilled chicken legs

S - SF protein pudding

First week back to work after surgery. Been a wild one. The ceiling in the bedroom fell in (thanks to roof damage from Irma). Multiple Dr. follow-ups, replacing the refrigerator (again, thanks to Irma). New boss started Monday (another new boss). And the other 100,000 things that needed to be attended to this week! :)

QOTD: If I could I would have a house on the cliffs of Massachusetts (for summertime). A big rambling two story with an elevator (bad knees) and lots and lots of windows. Then another on the beaches in Florida (for the wintertime). Single story, hard wood floors and lots of ceiling fans. Lots of closets in both since, although I'm OCD organized, I like stuff!

M1: Modified Shelley's Ricotta Bake

M2: 3 slices Buddig Corned Beef and 3 ParmCrisps

M3: Thai Lemongrass Soup with Tilapia w/ 1 scoop Unflavored Isopure (Pureed)

M5: Cod and Roasted Pumpkin

S: String Cheese

E: None

Vits and water: Still struggling with water but vits on track.

That is quite the week. The good news is they say being busy helps you keep on track for weight loss. I hope your new boss is a good thing. We seem to switch around a lot too and it is the time of year for changes in org. structure.

Good luck with everything you have to deal with. I might move into those houses with you (they struck a chord with me)!

Good afternoon and happy Thursday! Going to do a little clothes shopping today. The one thing I always wanted to do was dress the way I felt on the inside, hope that makes sense?? Now that I can wear any type of clothing I want too, I'm scared to do it. I wore an adorable sweater dress with tights last night to Bunko and was so uncomfortable I covered myself up with a big, black cardigan. It's been 18 months and my brain is still not in sync with my body:-)

QOTD-Ranch style home, all open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and windows everywhere. A few acres of land to support a small group of foster animals. Everything from dairy cows to dogs, any type of animal that needs a home:-)

B-Yogurt w/pumpkin seeds

L-Carmel Premier Shake

D-Homemade clam chowder(minus the potatoes for me)

E-Walk Emmy 60 or more minutes

W/V-Goal 96oz, vitamins on track

Trying really hard to stay away from any snacking between meals this week. Hoping for a good loss on Sunday. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Me either Liz, but I found one at Goodwill that had a ruffle like bottom with a little flair...so it didn't hug my body:-)

Still frustrated that for all intents and purposes I have no real restriction. The only thing keeping me on track is me. And I am on track, but still not losing any weight.

QOTD: A mid-century modern 3/4 bedroom 2 bath ranch style house, around 2,200 sq. ft. would suit us fine. I don't need or want anything else.

B: protein shake

L: 4 oz spiced up chicken

S: protein shake

D: leftover meatballs

E: at least 6 km walking and 128 flights of stairs

No restriction even with all dense protein in a meal? What does your surgeon say?
