Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday 10/9/17
You'll be amazed by how your tastes change. I thought I would miss salad, but I now consider it just to be the fluff under my meat. I do enjoy roasted/steamed veggies as a side dish with dinner. I eat a weighed portion of 1oz (which turns out with most to be 1/4 cup or less).

Hi all,
It was a good diet day for me after a not-so-good weekend (too many parties)
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken and spiralized cucumber salad
dinner - beef stroganoff
snack - green beans, one atkins bar, a glass of wine
OTD: I hope my hubby and I have many years of health and energy to enjoy in our retirement. I also hope that I can find a way to use my skills to help people that will give me a sense of purpose in my retirement.
