Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday 10/8/17
Ugh, it's allergy season for me. Fall is my favorite time of year, but it's also the time my allergies are at their worst. Ragweed...the devil weed! My eyes are so itchy, so it's off to Hellmart for the little tiny bottle of antihistamine eyedrops that costs $9! Worth it but still...bleh. Start my new job tomorrow, so trying to catch up on some things today so I'm ready. Also have 2 major papers due by Saturday, then finals the next week. Gonna be pooped by Sunday lol.
Doing a little grocery shopping today, so not sure what I'll be having for lunch and dinner. There's every chance it will include smoked pulled pork because, you know, I'm addicted :)
QOTD: I don't actually have TV anymore, I watch online Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. However, I used to love to watch beach volleyball, sometimes figure skating, and gymnastics. Not a big fan of the standard sports, although I can watch a football game if necessary...my dad played semi-pro and was a coach so I actually know what's going on. Don't get the attraction to basketball, and I can be forced to watch a baseball game in a pinch lol. I do kind of like watching soccer, some of the international players are HOT! hahaha

L: Pepperoni, Swirls cheese sticks and zucchini
D: Hardee's Low Carb Cheeseburger, zucchini

Laying in a hammock in 70 degree weather sounds glorious!
QOTD-I am not a fan of sports on T.V. as well. Went out to dinner last night at Wild Buffalo Wings, college football was on the zillion T.V. screens. The sound of the broadcasters and referee whistles made me so anxious and irritated. But, I do like live sporting events especially baseball.
B-Greek yogurt w/chia, flax and pumpkin mixture
L-Premiere bananas & cream
S-cutting out all snacks between meals this week
D-Going to attempt to make a Dutch Baby Pancake w/almond flour(could be a disaster) and 2 slices of bacon
E-Hike with dog if weather holds up
Saw Victoria & Abdul yesterday, Judi Dench was amazing and I highly recommend it:-) Have a great Sunday!
I'm home again. Yay. Last time to get up to visit my mom for a while though. With surgery on 11/6 and then my mom coming here for Thanksgiving and all of us going to the mountains for the end of the year, I might not get back up to her place until January! Which seems far away but is probably sooner than I think.
I have a ton of work to do for tonight, I'm exhausted, and I must have eaten something that disagreed with my stomach over the weekend because it's pretty unhappy :/
QOTD: The only sport I tolerate watching is tennis. I understand it and I find the sounds very soothing to listen to. But I only watch it when visiting my mom.
1: scrambled eggs and cheese
2: nothing - unhappy stomach
3: chef salad with sous vide hard boiled eggs and sous vide chicken!
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nope
