Days of seeing the same number on the scale... I know it will change eventually but it's so frustrating!

It's great that you know your stall will break - because you're right they are incredibly frustrating. You've lost a huge amount so far though (congratulations!) and as you know you're body is just catching up with itself.

When I ran into actual stalls and would get frustrated I always added more protein and tried to get in an extra liter of so of water. Neither one of those probably made the stall break sooner but at least I felt like I was doing something about it. And you can never get too much protein and water so it didn't hurt.

You're on the right track and it's good to see someone posting that while they are in a stall, they are not hysterical or even overly worried about it. =)

I know the frustration! Even more when I have gained a couple pounds and I'm like "Are you kidding me, body?" I know it's temporary and will drop off the next day but it drives me crazy.

That happened to me. Stick to it the scale will move again.
