Pre op diet started

Started pre op diet today. Saw surgeon yesterday for preop visit. Surgery set for Oct 18 . Lap band being removed at same time.

Im getting nervous. Any favorite protein drink recommendations? I've started with Premier premixed and just ordered some Syntrax Cappuccino Latte powder and sample flavor packs.

• I like sythrax in general. It seems to blend well. The chocolate truffle is good. So is fuzzy naval, strawberry mousse, vanilla, and the lattes. Just tried the sampler

I started mine today and using the Baratric advantage per my doctors recommendation. So far they are fine, not chalky. We have the same surgery date!!
