Hit the mark!!!
Just wanted to pop in and share......after a 2 week stall, got on the scale this morning and.......
wait for it.......officially I have now lost 100 pounds!!!!! I've met my surgeon's goal for me and am
only 5 pounds from my personal goal. WOW!!! In less than a year and being over 60, I never thought
I'd be this far this soon, but I still weigh and measure my food every day; ge****er plus water plus water
every day; activity level is average; vitamins on track. Just shows how amazing this VSG tool can be with
the power of positive thinking!!
Have a tremendously awesome day, everyone!!!!

Thanks so much!
I see you had a TT and facelift last January. Did you have them done in MA or elsewhere? I'm starting to look at surgeons/locations for down the road a bit. I'd really like to do a breast lift and thigh lift, but not sure how they will fit in the budget. I had my VG done at Tufts.
Have a phenomenal day!

Yes I did it in Mass on Cape Cod with Dr Fater (Cape Cod Plastic Surgery in Hyannis). He did a fantastic job and I thought the cost was pretty reasonable.

Nance - you can do this!!!
Just stick to your surgeon's plan, focus on getting your protein, especially once you can eat solid food again, drink your water, and take your vitamins. Stalls occur, so don't panic. Just remember your body also needs time to adjust to the major changes going on inside. I took my measurements pre-surgery, and once a month since. It really helped during a stall, because I was still seeing inches drop when the scale was not budging.
Since my surgery was last October, and I live in Maine (and hate the cold), doing any kind of outside activity was not happening. The most I did was walk around the halls where I work for 15 minutes 3 times a day. Not too much, but it was something. Once Spring arrived, I started getting outside and walking, gardening, etc. and now hike, run, TRX training )mostly upper body and arms right now, and almost anything else I fancy, since I no longer have knee pain. My point in this little rant is that when it comes to physical activity start slowly and do what is comfortable for you. My weight loss over the winter, doing nothing really, was substantial. Don't let the birthday number keep you from reaching your potential. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
Keep me posted on your journey! Have a terrific day.
