Good morning! As usual, Saturday is very welcome after a long week. DH and I will probably do errands today (going to rain) but tomorrow we are going to central Massachusetts (used to be "home") for a cookout with DH's Relay for Life team, then dinner with DD. I think we will get apples at an orchard while there as well.

Have fun!

Today is the Ren Faire with friends and then back home to work, work, work. I made great progress on one of my deliverables yesterday, so now I just need to fini**** up and do the other one which should be significantly easier.

1: protein shake
2: no idea - I assume I'll get "rybbon fryes" at the Faire, and I'll pack a protein bar
3: One Pan Noodle Bowls (these are made with pork, I'll pick the pork pieces out and maybe have one noodle)

liquid and vites: hopefully on track?
exercise: nope, but a lot of walking at the Faire, which means foot agony later. "yay!"

My appointment with my surgeon yesterday went well. He seemed impressed with my progress and told me to keep losing as fast as possible. I'm actually almost halfway to his goal for me (based on losing 60% of total excess weight). Of course my own goal is much lower. For now, it's to be at a normal BMI. He also took away all of my restrictions- so I can exercise and take a bath (I've missed those a lot). The nutritionist wasn't in (her kid got sick at school), so she'll call me next week.

B - 2% Fairlife latte, cottage cheese

L - chicken salad

S - protein shake, cheese stick

D - butternut squash soup with unflavored protein powder (because it finally feels like fall today)

E - couch-2-5k, yard work

water and vitamins on track

Morning all:

Brisk Fall morning here with sunshine and wind. Leaves are falling way faster than I'd like but the colors are amazing. We're expecting rain tomorrow and snow on Monday. Yuck. Prepping this weekend for my trip to LV on Monday as well as lunch with friends today and volunteering at the Run for the Cure tomorrow. Feeling a little under the weather so popping Tylenol cold meds to try and stave off any sort of cold that may be lurking. I find that when I'm stressed I'm more susceptible to colds.

B: coffee w/ FF creamer/sugar, HB egg, can flavored tuna

S: homemade protein shake

L: Sushi with friends: grilled squid no sauce, spinach gomae or miso soup

s: Americano coffee or peppermint tea, sliced swiss cheese and turkey pepperone

D: no idea, maybe leftover squid or some soup with cholula as it helps my throat/head

L: water and lot and lots of hot tea

E: 30 mins on treadmill

Have a great day everyone.

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!

Good morning all!!! Finally some fall weather her in Tennessee :) Today I am working for the morning then heading to my parents house (really its just my moms now since my dad passed on the 1st of September but it just feels really strange saying My moms. I could have left this out but in my head I would not have been okay with it lol) for some family time. We are getting the 4-wheeler out and going to grill some food.

B: string cheese/2oz smoked turkey

L: grilled chicken with grilled veggies

D:I didn't make the meatloaf last night soooo That will be tonight.

Vites/water hopefully on track

exercise is all the walking/chasing after my toddler :)

Have a beautiful day everyone. Remember to spend the time with your family and friends. The chores, errands, and everyday life will be there when you get back. Life is too short not to make the time to see them!!!
