Morning, Peeps! Got some fun, annoying, and weird comments about my weight loss yesterday. The fun one was a friend who said I look "positively willowy" now. I've always envied willowy people... The annoying one was someone very concerned that I still wanted to lose 10 pounds. 10 pounds spread over a 6 ft frame isn't that much. The weird one was a friend who said, "It makes you look even taller. Poor you!" What?
QOTD: I like my coffee light and sweet. One Truvia and a TBSP of sugar free french vanilla Coffeemate powder (loaded with delicious chemical additives!).
B - coffee and yogurt
L - bbq chicken
D - real good pizza
LMAO Cecily, and I have had just the opposite problem! People remark more than ever about how short I am! I even feel shorter! I think it's because I used to have "mass" and now I don't. Aren't people just plain weird! lol
ETA: But I do think my legs look longer because their aren't shaped like blocks anymore *giggles
I am 5'11" and I have gotten that too- that I look taller. SMH. No.

B: 1 cup Edge protein cereal (honey almond) with milk - surprisingly good, though a little a high in carbs. But the overall calories/fat/protein was pretty good for me
L: a few pastrami slices, babybel cheese, almonds (really into doing my own protein packs lately! Cheaper than the prepackaged ones)
D: grilled skinless chicken, a couple of deep fried cauliflowers florets
S: chai tea with milk 2x, 3 small blue plums
QOTD-I liked coffee before surgery, I didn't think it was possible to like it more....but I do!!! I love to experiment with different beans from local roasters and new ones that pop up in the grocery stores. I take mine with the chemical powder too:-) Sometimes I treat myself to a 16oz Americano(3 shots) with 1/2 & 1/2 at about 3pm.
B-Greek yogurt w/chia, flax and nuts
L-Vanilla protein shake with PB2
S-string cheese and 2 slices salami
D-Shepard's Pie with mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes
E-Long walk w/Emmy
