I had my follow up appointment with my nutritionist today, followed by my surgeon.

I weighed in at 188.1. I have lost 23% of my excess body weight post op, which is more than the average for most patients at 6 weeks (usually 16-18%).

I am able to start working out now and doing more than walking! Which is very exciting because it's beautiful outside and I would love to ride my bike a lot.

6 more weeks until I go back, have to get some blood work done and keep doing what I am doing diet wise. Half way there until I can eat raw fruits and veggies, which is exciting. I love fruits and veggies so much!

ALSO, something super exciting. The Dr I work for would like to take us on a staff vacation over my college spring break, he's thinking Cancun in March... I need to get prepared for that!
