Hi all,
Lovely Fall day here with sunshine and beautifully changing leaves. Can't wait to get out for a walk.
I'm getting things ready for upcoming plastics mid-October (with unnecessary self-induced anxiety episodes - see PS forum for amusement) as well as a trip to Vegas with my 83 y/o Mom next week so am keeping super busy. Laundry, meal prep, packing and maybe some cleaning in the next few days plus volunteering for the CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday. keeping busy is good.

Hi All,
After a bump up in weight yesterday, I was down another pound today, thank goodness. It's a slow process to re-lose weight when you gain it back, so be careful!
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - philly cheese steak sloppy joes and cauliflower salad
dinner - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash
snack - maybe the cauliflower salad, perhaps the cucumber and red pepper salad, if I have the energy to make it. plus my glass of wine.

In San Francisco today on the cruise, did Alcatraz this morning and heading back to the ship for lunch.
QOTD: always keep cubed chicken on hand to make stir fry
B: bacon/sausages
L: probably a salad and some protein
S: protein shake (the powdered shakes I brought taste like ass...) :-p
D: ???
E: will do an hour walk this afternoon in addition to all the walking this morning
Can already tell I've gained a pound or four on the cruise. Been hitting the gym for hour-long walks every day, but I'm just eating too much.
It's really been tough. I've had some really hard days and some fits of anger and irritability when I realize I can't (shouldn't) eat something I want. I was worried about this before the trip and was right to be concerned. Still have several days to get through.

I got home from Stephen King today, yay! I'm super tired, but I managed to get a little school work done. I'm going to be swamped for the next few days. Sigh. But totally worth it.
QOTD: I don't really have any go to meals. :/ I like experimented too much.
1: breakfast was at an amazing diner. I ordered eggs benedict with normal bacon instead of canadian bacon and then skipped the muffin. So basically poached eggs, bacon, and hollandaise sauce. Super yummy.
2: protein bar
3: crispy shredded beef
liquid and vites: nope. Totally not on track thanks to travel.
exercise: nope
