Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday 9/28/17
Morning! Here we are again at Junior Friday! It's payday for me, so it can't be a bad day right? I have a day full of meetings, plus kettlebell and class. I stopped by my trainer's last night to get my bodyfat tested to make sure I was making the right progress and it came out at 21.5%. That's down some from the last time I was there, so that should mean I'm making progress with my workouts!
QOTD: What's your go-to meal to prepare for dinner? If I'm not cooking for the family, mine is a scrambled egg mixed with hot sauce and topped with cheese and plain greek yogurt.

M1: Coffee, PP, Miralax, HC
M2: Fage Total w/ SF Pudding Mix and Almonds
M3: Flax, Oat, Bran Pita Pizza (Chicken, Ranch, Hot Sauce & Cheese)
M4: Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh & Broccoli (going to finally make these, they took forever to thaw!)
S: Dannon L&F w/ Pecans, probably milk in extra coffee, maybe a protein bar
E: Kettlebell class. I was thinking of heading over for a run too.

Off to St. Louis in a couple of hours to meet with the GYN/ONC about my hysterectomy. I sure hope I have a surgery date when I leave! Long day--4 hour round trip traveling and the appointment...should be home by dinner time.
QOTD: Smoked pulled pork from the local smokehouse and fresh zucchini slices w/some sort of dressing to dip in. Easy and quick, tasty and filling!
B: Dannon L&F 80 vanilla w/natural peanut butter and Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol
L: Might stop for something after my appointment...maybe a nice steak at Texas Roadhouse!
D: Leftovers if I stop and eat; if not, smoked pulled pork and fresh zucchini slices w/avocado ranch dressing
