Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 9/26/17

Good morning from CA! A very smoky morning as there is a big brush fire not far from me. Ah, smells like home... I'm down 100 pounds today! And I have my first appt with my surgeon since April, so that should be interesting as I'll see my vitamin blood test results. Hope he's pleased with my progress.
QOTD: Walking and hiking are my favorites.

QOTD: I enjoy most of my workouts with my trainer. Especially the feeling of accomplishment when they are over. I like that I can walk a steady 4.2 mph on the treadmill without being overly winded. Or that I can get a good work out on the elliptical at 7mph. But I think I love my Ab work outs most of all.
