Sounds like I need to get busy! May I suggest RIVER? Stars Stellan Skarsgaard. One season, six episodes. I don't know what it is. He seems vulnerable and very human. Another one is THE FALL, with Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan. It's a very dark psycho-sexual thriller. Not all can take it. Last I'll recommend is MARCELLA. A definite cat-and-mouse thriller! All three NETFLIX.

Hello all:
Dealing with a rain/snow mix today. Snowfall warnings for Banff and Jasper. In September. Can you believe that? Last week we were dealing with air quality advisories for smoke from the forest fires. WTF?
QOTD: For summertime viewing I like American Ninja Warrior, HBO or Fox Boxing, BattleBots (tho it hasn't come back this year) and endless Big Bang Theory re-runs. For seasonal: Madam Secretary, Silicon Valley, Schitt's Creek, Big Bang theory, Lucifer, Mom, South Park (cuz hubby likes it), Westworld. Anytime: The Price is Right, Graham Norton Show, Great British Baking show reruns.
B: coffee w/ cream&Surgar, HB egg, roasted chicken
S: homemade protein shake (cashew milk, syntrax caramel macchiato, flax meal, strawberries, plain greek yogurt)
L: swiss cheese, BF ham, cucumbers
S: cucumber, left over greek salad, coffee
D: last of the greek salad, last of the roasted chicken.
E: 35 mins on treadmill
L: 2 L water, coffee and herbal peppermint tea
